Hundreds of New Yorkers rallied in Foley Square and Marched to NY City Hall today  against Trump's decision to pull out of the Paris Climate Agreement?    Hundreds turned out for the last minute event in New York to Protest Trump’s Decision to Pull U.S. out of Paris Climate Accord Today. Pulling out of the Paris Agreement will set back global climate leadership and condemn Americans to increasingly devastating climate impacts, poorer health outcomes, and loss of jobs and prosperity - which affect the poor, communities of color, and Indigenous people first and worst.  Scientists have estimated that that 80% of known fossil fuel deposits would need to remain in the ground in order to meet the Agreement’s target of keeping the earth’s temperature to less than 2 degrees Celsius above pre-industrial temperatures.  Organizers say they will work to ensure that New York move into national leadership ...
