Our brothers and sisters were being attacked, robbed, threatened,  and even raped because of who they are. The homophobia and transphobia from locals and officials has poisoned their lives in an irreparable way and we need to do everything we can to get them out of this Hell and move them on to safe houses and event...

Free food for the community at  August 31st 2020 Food Serve at Lexington and 115th st Shut It Down NYC is not just a protest group fighting against injustice, police brutality and a system that targets black and brown community's  with impunity!   "Shut It Down" is a group that is so much more at it's heart is a strong and un-waving need to protect and serve there streets, there blocks, and  community, which is why for the last 3 years as of December 2020, they have setting up food servers, giving to those in need food, clothing, books.
